Dick Cheney To Lead Bosoms Parade?

I ran into Bill “Wendel” Billups yesterday, and asked him how his BosomsOnParade.com project was going (see our June 10th post). He said it’s full speed ahead. He said he’s currently in negotiations with city officials over permitting issues for the parade – I guess it has something to do with size and design restrictions on floats. He also said, and this is interesting, that he’s thinking of inviting former Vice President Dick Cheney to be the Grand Marshal of the inaugural Bosoms parade. He said he knows that Cheney is a busy man, but he said “you know, he’s very pro-America, and that’s what the Bosoms Parade is all about.” That’s an interesting perspective – I would’ve thought it was about bosoms.
