New Sarah Palin Tragedy: Irritable Jowl Syndrome?

Let me begin by saying upfront, I am not a doctor. BUT, I have watched many doctor shows on TV, like House and ER, and that does give me some insight. I’m wondering if Sarah Palin could be afflicted with Irritable Jowl Syndrome (IJS). Let’s look at the facts. She’s extremely irritating. She often seems irritable. And if you look at her closely, you can see that she does have jowls. Her jowls are close to her mouth, and if in fact she does have IJS, that could potentially explain some of the crap that comes out of there.

Again, I want to emphasize that I don’t know this for a fact – it’s only speculation at this point. But all I’m saying is, how about in honor of the American Soldier we look into it further.
