I don’t really pay a lot of attention to clothes. But a couple of days ago I was in a store and I saw a vest I kind of liked, and since I didn’t own any vests, I went ahead and bought it. And I wore it yesterday for the first time, with just a shirt and a pair of jeans. And I’m walking down the street, minding my own business, and this guy comes right up and steps in front of me, puts his hands on his hips, looks me up and down, and says
“oh how fun is that!” Well, he caught me by surprise and about all I could think to say, in a fairly weak voice with a big question mark at the end was
“pretty fun?” And he said
“it sure is!,” and he gave me a big smile and two thumbs-up signs, and walked away.
Later, as I was thinking about it, I decided I might try that out on a couple of my friends because, well, it gets your attention.
