Here’s the thing about tilapia loins. First off, you want to start with some good
looking loins, goes without saying. But then, you want a little
garlic, a little soy sauce (reduced sodium if you swing that way), some
Worcestershire Sauce, and then here’s the deal: you want some Sweet Chili Thai
Sauce. And not just a little. Now we’re talking some good tasting tilapia
