If You're a John Ashcroft Fan, You're In For a Treat

Well, Vulva had another one of those name “incidents” that really embarrass her. The headline in yesterday’s newspaper was “Vulva Meadows Snags Former Attorney General.” Of course the article wasn’t about Vulva at all, but about the Vulva Meadows Neighborhood Watch Program. Here’s how it started out: “Vulva Meadows Neighborhood Watch President R. R. Arbuckle announced today that former Attorney General John Ashcroft has agreed to speak at the group’s next meeting. His presentation, which is expected to last around thirty minutes, is entitled: “How an Attorney General Can Spice Up Your Neighborhood Watch Program.”

The article didn’t make any promises, but it hinted that at the end of his presentation, Mr. Ashcroft might be persuaded to sing his well-known song Let the Eagle Soar, and as an added treat, that he just might be backed up by local favorites The Cornhole Singers. I wouldn’t be surprised. The last few nights I’ve seen them through their window practicing what look to be some new moves, and they sure look like they could be eagle-soaring moves to me.

You guessed it, time for Our Duncan Funk Song of the Day. I came across this performer several months ago when I was browsing through some ITunes Essential Collection. He's got a lot of good stuff - definitely worth checking out. Click on the title to see the video.
