South Carolina Makes It Official

The South Carolina State Legislature overwhelmingly passed a resolution proclaiming heterosexuality to be the official sexual orientation of that Southern state. Although the resolution does not have the force of law, it did contain a small appropriation to pay for the printing of thousands of “Straight and Lovin’ It in South Carolina” signs, to be displayed voluntarily by local businesses throughout the state.
