Pithy: brief, forceful and meaningful in expression … full of vigor, substance and meaning … abounding in pith.
I hadn’t really thought about it that way, but I suppose my last post could be viewed as abounding in pith, which one online dictionary defines as “ … the essential or central part … the heart or essence of something.” This is a very good word to know. It could be fun to drop it in conversation every once in a while.
