“The Mystery of the Serpentine Labia”

This is the working title of a novel I’m thinking of writing … a story of a young man who desperately wants to be a writer – perhaps even a blogger – but who feels stuck in his job working as an assistant state auditor.  In addition to the hijinks that ensue in his role in the Auditor’s office, an equally compelling aspect of his story is that he’s gluten intolerant!! Oy vey!

If I decide I’m not up to a full novel, I might just write a short story instead.  I don’t actually have a story line yet, but I’ve got a working title:  John’s Derriere: A Lighthearted Look at John’s Derriere.

It had to happen sooner or later.  Our Duncan Funk Song of the Day is Joe Walsh’s Ordinary Average Guy, with one of the best lyrics of all time:  Every Saturday we work in the yard, pick up the dog doo and hope that it’s hard.
