Elena Kagan: Too Fluffy for the Supreme Court?

I say no! Is she fluffy? Of course! That goes without saying. But the issue is whether she’s too fluffy, and I’ve not seen or heard anything to indicate that. What’s more, ever since David Souter left, there’s been a noticeable fluffy void on the Court, and I think it’s time that void be filled.

Well, that’s my view. I do hope this issue comes up in her confirmation hearings. You also might want to have this conversation with your friends or colleagues at work. They’ll no doubt be impressed with your grasp of current events.
